Arthur goes the extra mile in his work; be it in letting clients view design examples, or answering questions in-depth. We were brand new to the whole renovation affair and Arthur really walked the journey with us, signposting key things to take note of, and explaining the stages in renovation. Arthur's not one to get carried away with his design idea, but really seeks to understand client's vision as well as...budget! He would think on behalf of client to suggest the most value-for-money approach to the design concept (e.g. engage Hong Fong for certain aspects, look to off-the-shelf Taobao options in less crucial areas). With Arthur's generous spirit and Hong Fong's track record, you can be assured of a quality dream home renovation.
